Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI)
- Medical Clearance Certificate issued by City/Municipal Health Office
- Travel Authorization (from PNP)
- Valid ID
Note: LSI need to enlist with LSI monitoring team in Palawan province.
Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF)
- Bureau of Quarantine Certificate
- Passport with arrival stamp
- ID with proof of residence
- Acceptance letter from LGU
Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR)
- Medical Clearance Certificate issued by City/Municipal Health Office
- Company ID
- Employment Certificate
