How to Get 2Go Travel Free Room Upgrade
Passengers must have completed their 2-dose vaccination. The 2nd dose was inoculated 2 weeks or more before the trip. For single-dose vaccine like Johnson and Johnson, the vaccination was done 2 weeks or more prior to departure.
Upon boarding, present your vaccination card or certificate at the Front Desk or Reception Area of 2Go vessel. The vaccination card must bear the complete details of the dates when the first and second dose vaccine were given and the signature of the person administering the vaccination. For single-dose vaccine, the vaccination card must show the inoculation date and signature of the person who did the inoculation.
2Go Travel Front Desk staff will facilitate and assist the passenger in the transfer to the upgraded accommodation. The upgrade is on a first come, first serve basis, and will be offered if accommodation is available.
