2Go Travel Return Policy
Unused eTicket Itineraries can be refunded or re-validated in 2Go Travel Corporate Ticketing Offices or branches. Revalidation is any change in details of the ticket except for the passenger name, origin and destination of trip.
Revalidation of ticket is subject to the following surcharges:
- Before Vessel Departure – Php 100.00+12% VAT + Fare Difference per Ticket
- After departure – (Php 200.00+ No Show Fee)+ 12% VAT+ Fare Difference per Ticket
